Advisory Membership Questions

What is a cohort?

Cohorts are groups of individuals who track together for coaching and development purposes. Generally speaking these persons are from the same industry types, and we do our best to place you by geography. Our hope is that you will form a community that supports beyond the structured time we provide.

Is there a contract?

For the “Advisor and Options” Membership we do not, although we encourage participants to sign up for a minimum of one year. There is a life cycle to advisory relationships, and the development and deepening phases aren’t really completed for several months.

The Full Alliance Membership does contain a one year contract, due to the integrated Adventure and On-site visit portions being built into the cost structure.

What if I’m allergic to stuff?

Please let our team know what restrictions need to be enforced to insure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Can I customize my Adventure?

Absolutely! We would love to curate a unique trip for you. So, whether it’s your family, friends, or coworkers, we can help you create the perfect adventure.

What if I’m not in the best physical shape?

Don’t worry. We have a variety of activities designed to meet all levels of physical condition.

Will my adventure be with people I know?

We certainly hope so. It’s our desire that you experience these trips with those closest to you. There are two scenarios for filling up an adventure.

1) If you are in any of our “Advisory Membership” plans then absolutely it’s a “Yes!” You will be on the trip with others from your advisory group, also known as a cohort.

2) For non-members you are invited to fill your trip with family, friends, or co-workers. In the case that you can’t secure 10 persons for your trip, we may merge groups together to get critical mass. ***Exceptions to this are corporate retreat functions or specialized team trainings. Are all the adventures located in the North Georgia Mountains?

While most of our trips are located in North Georgia, we do specialize some opportunities in unique destinations like Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. Cost vary between these customized trips. Contact us for interest, we would be glad to help.
